More than a year after the signing of the rented peace agreement, the Algiers Agreement of 2000 has still not been implemented. Ethiopian soldiers stay at the border and continue to occupy Eritrean lands. No other country has made the details of the last pact.

 

The terms of the Algiers agreement were demarcation and still has not happened. How did Abby have managed to agree after accepting a peace transaction without responding to earlier requests from Eritrea? It may seem like Abby made a miracle, but the reality is very different.
