Michelle Bachelet, the UN high chief for basic liberties, said the Tigray struggle has been set apart by "outrageous fierceness".
"Regular folks in Tigray have been exposed to ruthless brutality and enduring," Bachelet said in a public interview on Wednesday.
"The joint examination group takes care of various infringement and misuses including unlawful killings and extrajudicial executions, torment, sexual and orientation based savagery, infringement against outcasts and constrained uprooting of regular citizens."
