The Program sees the various parts of women's destitution and responds with a sweeping strategy of corresponding interventions that merge occupations, induction to guidance, permission to prosperity organizations and social arrangement. Women participating in the Program are engaged by all the intervention zones, which achieves all-changed improvement in their lives.

 

Executed through area structures, the Program strengthens earlier cutoff points and adds to create citizen driven association's movement limit.

 

SOCIAL MOBILIZATION

 

The Program sees that advancing the circumstance with young women and women requires changing the feelings, points of view and lead of neighborhood, including men, young fellows and standard and severe trailblazers. To engage such change, it utilizes the Community Conversation (CC) approach, which is a pattern of attracting networks in a smart discussion about friendly norms and characteristics. This natural discussion licenses individuals to examine the way their practices and values, and those of their families and neighbors, impact others' lives. Through the Program areas, 400 CC facilitators were ready to enlist neighborhood and interface with them in discussion, twofold per month, for a period of one year.
