With regard to the support services offered by the Institute in the creation of EPORFOLIOS, the students felt that, although the support is available, it was not enough and the moment of support was not appropriate. The following quotes show that students want more support structures to the college integrated on the weekly college calendar:

 

Information classes on eportfolio, with reference to the technological aspect. This was provided from the college that I just think until you start doing the ePorfolio, you almost need to learn that my practice and have many download attempts correctly, a video.

 

There are YouTube videos on the College's website offering support when creating ePorfolios. If this idea is to work in a college, classes must have a weekly base with the year until everyone is fully competent. It is a very tedious and tedious process.

 

Technical support Although there are conferences available and organized, they are very unfortunately timed and never useful at the time of delivery. Realistically, no one thinks about content download until they have created the content and that they are satisfied - how long the technology sessions are.
