In 1954, craftsman Ali Birra started his musical career by joining the traditional music group "Afren Qolo," which stands for to improve Oromo music. He was given the moniker "Ali Birra" from the opening song "Bira Da Uncovered" to distinguish him from the other Ali who is also present in the group. Ali stated, "I'm one of the organizers, not the pioneer, of the Afrenqlo Music Band. I acknowledge that I am younger than they are.

The Ceremonial ensemble Ensemble employed craftsman Ali Beera, who worked there for a considerable amount of time;
