Industrial Parks Development Corporation to build homes for factory workers in Hawassa Industrial Park
The contract was signed by Sandokan Debbe, CEO of the Corporation, and Sirak Ambaye, General Manager of the Housing Housing Development Group on Corner.
The Hawassa Industrial Park will cover an area of 2.08 hectares and will provide accommodation for 6,500 factory workers.
At the end of the housing project, it will include dining rooms, shops, recreational centers, banks, staff training facilities, green space, clinics and offices.
The project, which will be built in Hawassa Industrial Park, will include a total of 13 buildings and will comply with international design standards.
It is expected to take 18 months to complete the construction of the buildings, which is expected to alleviate the housing crisis in Hawassa Industrial Park.
