You can use your oil as an oil that is squeezed directly on the scalp and reapply to the scalp, holding your head from time to time to start the system.
Apply the oil well to the scalp and back. Apply from root to tip in the same way as a great pre-cleanse. The oil will secure your strands and keep them saturated while you clean your hair. You can also leave the oil in your hair for a while and then wash it off at the beginning of the day.
Hot oil medicine is indeed synonymous with nonsense, but with the packaging there is no need to use heat anymore. For a hot oil treatment, you will place the oil in your hair, cover it with a plastic cap, and use a heat source to heat your oil for about 15-20 minutes. Hot oil treatment is considered the greatest penetration!

Remove the aloe vera gel, being careful not to scrape the yellow part of the leaf that is just below the leaf bark. All you need to make the oil is one segment of gel.
Put the aloe vera gel with a little coconut oil in a bowl and stir until the gel is completely covered in oil. If necessary, add more coconut oil!
After letting the aloe vera gel/coconut oil mixture sit for 2-3 days, preheat it in the oven for 10-15 minutes for each location. You'll want to keep the heat low and mix the mixture frequently to make sure the gel doesn't run out.
