The members from my college were generally Bachelor understudies, taken on language educator preparing or in language specialization. The friends from abroad were either from similar field of studies (for example on account of Japan and Singapore) or from an alternate subject (for example business contemplates – Czech Republic, the travel industry – Poland, policy implementation – Czech Republic). The wide subject of each VE was chosen by the instructors, for example "Language showing rehearses in country X and nation Y", and the gatherings were approached to choose a particular perspective (for example a subtopic) that they needed to research.
In 2018, for instance, the understudies investigated and thought about the job of English in Finland and in the Czech Republic. For my understudies, this was a task for the Sociolinguistics course, while the Czech understudies finished it for their Business English course. Two shut Facebook bunches were made, each with 10–12 members (for example 5 Finns and 7 Czechs). After some starting and warm-up undertakings, the understudies worked two by two to gather and think about genuine proof for the utilization of English in a sociolinguistic area (cooking, media, publicizing, the travel industry and so forth) of their decision. The sets summed up their discoveries in introductions (design unreservedly picked by the gatherings) that were shared before the room-based videoconferences (see Figure 4), where the understudies talked about the discoveries.
