How does ePortfolio become a coordinated piece of an instructors work? This inquiry was researched by the accomplices in the Erasmus+ project Empowering ePortfolio Process. The accompanying article endeavors to address the inquiry according to a Danish viewpoint, and from the perspective on a particular instructive program: the confirmation program in professional, instructive and vocation direction. The article starts by portraying the program, both in structure and in a skill point of view. Accordingly, the article distinguishes three focal levels for understanding the difficulties and potential outcomes of executing ePortfolio in educators work, that is, a hierarchical level, an expert level, and an individual level. The article proposes that the three levels should be perceived and profoundly entwined so that activity in all of the levels impacts different levels. 

 

Presentation and setting 

 

The accompanying case examines the essential conditions for executing ePortfolio in educators work at the Program for Vocational, Educational and Career direction at VIA University College in Aarhus, Denmark. The program is a recognition program in the Faculty of Continuing Education. Consequently, the understudies are largely experts, the majority of them with a Bachelors certification in educating, social work, instructional method or comparable. Others hold Masters certificates, regularly in the humanities or sociologies. The program comprises of 60 ECTS, appropriated across three compulsory courses, a few elective courses and a last proposition. The instructors associated with the program all hold significant Masters certifications in profession directing or educating and learning and incorporate a combination of somewhat new educators and extremely experienced instructors, all with past work insight in the field of vocation direction.
