By the cutoff time, nine recommendations were gotten. All recommendations were painstakingly assessed by the board of specialists chose by the TINEL-project bunch. Of the nine recommendations, these four were chosen as candidates for best practice:

College of Jyväskylä, Finland: Crossing Borders without Travel: Virtual Exchange Practices for Students [Crossing Borders Without Travel].
The writers of the above named proposition were welcome to broaden the substance of their recommendations into articles for the Universal Design for eLearning (UDeL) gathering in Jyväskylä, Finland in August 2019. These articles structure a variety of UDeL cases according to alternate points of view and aspects. The accompanying aspects were recognized:
Authoritative level, including the cultural, institutional, personnel, departmental, course, and educator understudy levels.
Procedure/approach, for example hierarchical (proactive), base up (receptive), philosophical (intelligent).
eLearning level, including eLearning, mixed learning, advanced devices utilized in grounds courses.
UDL level, including UDL/UDeL and individual facilities.
