Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK) with solid mastery in creating schooling and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) as a main college in Vietnam arranged the EMVITET project in a joint effort with two other Vietnamese colleges: UD-UTE (University of Danang, University of Technology and Education) and LHU (Lac Hong University), and with three Vietnamese schools: Hue Industrial College (HueIC), College of Technology II (HVCT) and Ho Chi Minh City Industry and Trade College (HITC). Two European colleges, KU Leuven from Belgium and Dublin City University (DCU) from Ireland, were welcome to join due to their particular aptitude. The undertaking got financing for a three-year advancement process (2019–2021) from the European Union. 

The course of the task is depicted in figure 1. The execution of EMVITET depends on participatory activity research approach (Kemmis and McTaggart, 2005) accentuating change cycles, called work bundles (WP) in the venture, where all members' association is vital.
